Appointment Policies
LATE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY:
Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to provide adequate notice or missing an appointment without prior communication ("no-show") will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Additionally, clients who no-show will be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments at Magnolia Hair Salon.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule or receive an adjusted service to accommodate the stylist's and salons' schedules.
Payment Policies
Payment Method:
We accept payments made with credit/debit cards and cash. Please note that checks are NOT accepted.
Refund Policy:
Services are non-refundable; however, hair adjustments may be made within 7 days of your last visit.
Behavior and Etiquette Policies
Respectful Conduct:
Clients must treat salon staff and other guests with respect. Disruptive or rude behavior will not be tolerated.
Supervision of Children:
Children/minors must be supervised at all times while on the premises of Magnolia Hair Salon.
Health and Safety Policies
Illness/Sick:
Clients who are feeling unwell must reschedule their appointment as soon as possible.
Allergies and Sensitivities:
Clients must inform their stylist of any known allergies or sensitivities before the service begins.
Scalp Health Policy:
Clients with any open wounds on their head or scalp are required to reschedule their appointment. Additionally, clients with specific scalp conditions (such as psoriasis, severe dandruff, or infections) must inform the salon prior to their appointment to ensure appropriate care and service adjustments.

Clients must provide a valid phone number and email address for appointment confirmations and updates.

Corrective color
We require a consultation for all corrective color services.
Not sure if your color service qualifies as "corrective"? Give us a call or text, and we’ll be happy to assist you with any questions!
The consultation is complimentary—there’s no charge for it.
